Using Smart Lists

There are 2 primary uses for Smart Lists.

  1. Browsing & Interrogating data. By Editing a Smart List or Creating one temporarily, you can interrogate your database to answer ad-hoc questions you may have.
  2. Execute Actions. Actions are pre-built functionality you can apply to the members of a Smart List. When viewing a Smart List, there is an Actions button at the top-right, which allows you to select the Action you wish to Execute. Currently available Actions are:

Download to Excel - Download the entire Smart List to Excel for further examination.

Bulk Email - Send an Email to all members of the Smart List or only members who have a preferred Invoice format of Email. More info

Mail Merge - Generate PDFs for mailing to all members of the List or only members who have a preferred Invoice format of 'Letter'. More info
